We were privileged to be invited to the Mayor of South Ribble’s civic service at All Saints’ Church Higher Walton. The service was preceded by a procession led by Darwin Brass Band, and finished with refreshments including delicious home baked cakes.

The forecast weather didn’t put a damper on our Summer Garden Party.
Fizz bubbled, delicious home made scones ooozed cream and jam, strawberries glistened and we all had a lovely afternoon.
Thank you to the Mayor of South Ribble for joining us in amidst his busy day at Leyland Festival, for Damian Bretherton hosting the event and of course to all of our supporters who took time out to join us.

As well as the truck pull and cycling event, a 10km fun run taking place at the scenic Cuerden Valley Park is also part of our Linking Leyland events….and you can now sign up online.
As well as a 10km run, on the same day there’s also a 1km fun run for the kids, a hill climb challenge for the adventurous and plenty of food and drink stalls.
